1st Birthday Party

We had Isabella's 1st birthday party Saturday. We went ahead and had it one week early so grandma and grandpa could be here for it. It also made it convenient for my mom to come up for Mother's Day.

The party was Mickey Mouse themed (Her favorite). She had a great time and got lots of great stuff. Thanks everyone who sent a gift.

I was surprised that she really didn't get into the cake very much. She started playing with the icing and acted like she didn't like it on her hand. Finally Daddy let her take a bite out of his cupcake and then she started eat it.

Tulsa Trip

Well we made it back from Tulsa this afternoon. We had a great time. Isabella ate Chocolate Chip Ice Cream for the first time, went swimming, and saw the fish at the aquarium. Below are a few pictures (As far as the bathing suit pics I never could get a good front facing shot).

Also, she got mad this afternoon because Mommy walked into the laundry room without her so she decided when she got there she would help. She started helping me load the dryer. The problem was that since she wasn't getting stuff out of the washing machine she was picking up dirty clothes and putting them in there. So I had to fish out the dirty clothes. Isn't she CUTE?

First Easter

Well we had our first Easter weekend. Isabella, Mom, and I colored eggs Saturday for the Easter Bunny to hide. Since it was storming so badly this morning, the Easter Bunny had to hide Easter eggs in the living room. She didn't seem to mind.

Here are the Easter Pictures we had taken a couple of weeks ago. We are super excited about Easter this weekend. Mom is coming up to watch Izzy on Friday since you guessed it the daycare is closed AGAIN! Hope you all enjoy the weekend!

Back Home

Mom brought Izzy back home last Thursday. We sure are glad to have her home. Mom and I took her to have Easter pictures taken at JCPenny's on Saturday. Here is a snapshot of her in her Easter Dress. I will post more pictures when we get them.

Stomach Bug

Isabella had the stomach bug last week and got to spend a day with Grandma and her cousins. She got to swing, and I think SHE LOVES it.

Missing a Teen Tot

Well I left Isabella down at Grandma's at 2 this afternoon. I sure do miss her already. I know her and Grandma are having a good time and probably not even missing us.

We bought a frilly Easter dress this weekend for Easter pictures. I will be sure and post the pictures once we have them taken.
